4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before any product is dispatched.
We accept secure payment via EFT, credit/debit card, and other available payment gateways at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Gekies en Geanker is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping details provided by you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of approval.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
